VARIETY
85% Tempranillo grape.
15% Garnacha Tinta y Gris with more than 90 years.
WINEMAKING
Slow alcoholic fermentation, kept cold to preserve the fruit. No excessive extraction, no maceration.
Malolactic fermentation in barrel.
Matured in a carefully selected range of French oak barrels from different cooperages that blend together beautifully.
Alcohol: 14.5% VOL.

WITH PERSONALITY, BOLD.
VARIETY
Tempranillo 100%.
WINEMAKING
Slow alcoholic fermentation, at low temperatures to preserve the fruit. Extraction and maceration are not excessive. Malolactic fermentation is even slower, more respectful of the fruit, and more natural. A minimum of 13 months in French oak barrels. Light to medium toasting.
Alcohol: 15.5% VOL.
VISUAL
Cherry red, with blue highlights.
MOUTH PASS
A modern Ribera.
Fresh red and black fruit.
PALATE
Silky mouthfeel, black licorice, toasted bread and ripe red fruit.
Tasty and elegant, very much in the style of "Sand and Limestone".
A bold wine with personality.
